   
Airport / Bus Station Pick up Service
IEI has a free pickup service from the Nashville International Airport and the Greyhound Bus Station for all students who send IEI the complete arrival information before the arrival. With each student's acceptance letter, a telephone number is included so that students whose arrival plans change can call and report those changes.
Students are taken to their accommodations. IEI can arrange hotel accommodations for students who have traveled a long time and wish to rest for one night in a small hotel near the school before meeting the host family or starting the testing and registration.
